The 500l brewing system is a compact, universal stainless steel system for brewing all types of beer, from light to lager. The brewhouse assembly consists of two main vessels, a frame, staircase, service platform, railing, control panel, wort cooler as well as mash, wort and hot water pumps, a mash agitator and rake arms. Different technological parts of the brewhouse are linked by stainless steel piping and all the necessary valves, servo drives, low meters, safety valves, sight glasses, lighting, etc.

Brewhouse/beer mashing system are comprised of several key pieces of brewing equipment. The whole brewhouse has four function,which is mash,lauter,boiling,whirlpool. In the skilled hand of the brewmaster, convert grain that has been milled through a specialty grain mill, into sweet liquid called “wort”. Wort is subsequently fermented and finished in specialized beer tanks called fermenters and brite tank.

Brewhouse assembly adopted with three vessels: Mash/Kettle, Lauter tun and Whirpool tun.Steam heating method is better for its stablity and effciency.All of the tank will have separate steam jacket in order to improve tanks’s using efficiency and adopted with working platform for operating.
