CCT have a cooling jacket over the entire height of the cylindrical and conical part. ССT are warmed by polyurethane foam 70-100 mm thick. The external covering of CCT is made of food mirror stainless steel.

Fermentation tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, wrapper with 2mm high quality stainless steel (option 2B),the intermedium insulation is made of high-polyurethane.It can also be design and manufactured as per user's request.
