1000L 2 Vessel Beer Brewing Equipment is a brewery for restaurants, commecial and industrial breweries. It's a medium-size craft brewery intended mainly for restaurants and pubs with their own beer production.Equipped with industrial beer brewhouse and conical beer fermentors or open fermentation vats, automatic cooling system,control system cleaning and sanitizing system etc.It is possible to use them to production of all known types of beer.

Beer brewhouse:Four functional tank of "mash tank,lauter tank,boiling tank and whirlpool tank" can be customized from 2-vessel(mash/lauter tank,boiling/whirlpool tank) to 3-vessel (mash tank+lauter tank+boiling/whirlpool tank)to 4-vessel(mash tank+lauter tank+boiling tank+whirlpool).
CIP system: separated CIP for individual tanks to prevent cross product interference;
Fermentation Unit: standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks; tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers; all manhole, valves, pressure gauges, fittings etc are included
Bright Tank Unit: standard stainless steel bright tanks for beer maturation, conditioning, service, carbonation; tanks quantity is exactly calculated for various beers and the function; all manhole, valves, stone, gauges, fittings etc are included
Cooling Unit: insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing; efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy; sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger; all pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
Controlling Unit: electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse; electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for cooling parts; temperature controller, thermocouple, solenoid valves etc are included; PLC with touch screen panel for special request

Heating method Of The Brewhouse
1.Electric heating is suitable for the micro brewery equipment from 100l-1000l.
2.Steam heating is suitable for commercial brewery equipment above 1000L.
3.In some area,the electric is very expensive,and the use of steam is very strict,then direct fire heating is a good choice.
The Standard Of Brewery Tank
We use plasma torch to cut the materials on the soft carpet, avoid to damaging the surface of stainless steel, and then we adopt double argon protection welding.
Volume: Working volume and 20%-30% additional space.
All of the inner surface connection using turnup workmanship and polishing round.
The normal pressure is 0.2Mpa, maximum test pressure is 0.4Mpa.
Cladding: SUS304, 2mmthickness, welding seam polishing,.
All of the welding connection polishing treatment, more smooth
