Fermentation tank is made of high-quality stainless steel (optional 2B or high-precision surface polishing),exterior with 2mm high quality stainless steel (2B or optional high-precision surface polishing),the intermedium insulation is made of high-performance polyurethane. It can also be designed and manufactured as per user's request.

Dish head/ Cylinder/60° cone bottom(can be adjusted)/ shell jacket(one or two sections)/insulation both on shell and bottom / with adjustable legs.

Connections:PVRV / CO2 outlet / coolant inlet and outlet / Pt 100 interface / sample valve / side manhole/

CIP interface / wort inlet and yeast outlet / elbow beer outlet / add dry hops dozing(filling) pipe.

Brite beer tanks

Our bright beer tanks – (BBT)  (are also known as conditioning tanks/vessels) can either be horizontal or vertical standing tanks built according to ASME pressure vessel standards. They are designed and polished thoroughly to hygienic standards to allow complete cleaning. We equip our tanks with dimple jacket and insulate with polyurethane, exterior cladding in stainless steel.

We have has supplied numerous craft brewers with bright beer vessels, as well as large international brands.

All pressure equipment is tested at DEGONG FACTORY's premises, using certified equipment.
