Beer has a high water content and can quench thirst, while the organic acid in beer has a refreshing and refreshing effect. After giving a general introduction to the benefits of beer for human health, let's take a look at the division of beer. In terms of concentration of beer brewing supplies, beer’s type can be devided into low concentration, medium concentration and high concentration.

Low concentration type: wort concentration is 6°~8° (Bahrain sugar meter), alcohol content is about 2%, can be used as a refreshing drink in summer, the disadvantage is poor stability and short storage time.

Medium-concentration type: The concentration of wort is from 10° to 12°. The alcohol content is about 3.5%. It is the main variety of beer production in China. 

High concentration type: wort concentration is 14°~20°, alcohol content is 4%~5%. This beer has a long production cycle, contains many solids, has good stability, and is suitable for storage and long-distance transportation.




Classified by color of spike brewing, there are yellow beer and dark beer.

Yellow beer (light beer) : it is light yellow and USES short malt as raw material. With prominent hop aroma and fresh taste, it is the bulk product of beer production in China. Its chroma generally remains between 0.5ml of iodine solution.

Stout beer: dark reddish brown or dark brown beer is brewed from malt that is roasted at high temperature. It contains more solids, high wort concentration, low fermentation degree, mellow taste and obvious malt aroma. Its chroma is general between 5 ~ 15ml iodine solution.
