1.Boiler water must be qualified standard water after water treatment. When repairing and maintaining the boiler, the power supply must be cut off and the pressure must be released.


2. The boiler must be drained every day after use to keep the water in the boiler clean.


3. Frequently check the operation status of key components such as transmission lines, feed water pumps, control boxes, pressure switches, valves, etc., find out the reasons for abnormalities in time, and repair them in time.


4. The boiler should be cleaned and descaled every six months or one year to ensure the efficiency and service life of the boiler.

5. The water level gauge should be kept clean at all times and rinsed every day to see the water level clearly.


6. The valve handle should be moved every day to prevent rust.


7. When the boiler stops running for a long time, the power should be cut off, and at the same time, the water in the boiler and pipeline should be drained to prevent freezing and rusting.


8. Regularly tighten the connection screws on the heating tube and the nuts on the flange.


9. Do a good job in the normal maintenance of the control box through "listening, smelling, seeing, and touching". If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power supply should be cut off and repaired.
