|Beer brewhouse introduction|
The brewhouse contains four basic function tanks,which is “Mash tun, Lauter tun, Boiling Kettle, Whirlpool tun” .They can be combined to different configurations based on your output requirement and budget,such as 2-vessel brewhouse,3-vessel brewhouse or 4-vessel brewhouse.
For the 7BBL beer brewhouse,it is usually consist of 2-vessels: Mash-Lauter tun (M-L) and Kettle-Whirlpool tun (K-W). Both tanks are able for heating, which gives brewers multiple opportunities to mash with different brewing method.
The 2-vessel beer brewhouse/beer mashing system can accomplish 2-3 batches of saccharification every day. If you want to complete more batches, we can choose a 3-vessel (mash kettle,lauter tank,whirlpool tank) or 4-vessel(mash tank,lauter tank,boiling kettle,whirlpool tank)beer brewhouse.

|Beer fermentation tank introduction|
The fermentation tank is made out of 304 stainless steel, this fermenter is sanitary, easy to maintain, and versatile. The conical femrentation tank is welded drain valve at the bottom. Intended to allow for easy cleaning and rinsing, it is also possible to dump yeast, depending on the beer in question.
Brite tanks are beer tanks used for storage, conditioning, carbonation, and packaging. They will have dish bottoms and sight glasses (a thin glass tube running the vertical height of the tank). They will also have ports for a carbonation stone and sample cocks (small spigots) for measuring CO2 volumes.
Function: Use for keep wort fermentation or maturation.
Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, spunding valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, Rotate racking arm, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve and etc.
Material: Stainless steel 304 or 316,or red copper
Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.
Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.
Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.( Our standard design, MPa can be customized).
