Brewery fermentation tank features
Our jacketed conical fermenters are made from premium 304 stainless steel. The interiors are polished to a mirror finish. Shadowless manways, racking arms, spray balls, and 4 inch dry hopping ports are included. The tanks are insulated as well as glycol jacketed.
The fermentation tank contains the following parts, if you have other special requirements, please send us the details. In order to design perfect drawings and accurate quotations for you.
Brewery fermentation tanks are installed in client's home
Manhole
Select the top or side manhole to manually turn the knob to quickly and easily enter the vessel.
Spray balls
The fixed spraying ball provides reliable cleaning performance to minimize cleaning time and water use (Optional rotating cleaning nozzles are also provided.)
CIP/CO2 Exhaust pipe
The dual-purpose arm is used to exhaust and ventilate the vessel through a sterile air lock. Provides a convenient connection point for brewers at a comfortable working height.
PVRV
Prevent the tank from overpressure or vacuum collapse. Self-sealing after operation to prevent beer contamination. Easy to disassemble and clean.
Exterior shell
#4 Brushed polishing plate provides a finished surface suitable for high-pressure washing.
Adjustable foot pads
Ensure full floor contact, no gaps
Conical Bottom
The 60-degree cone bottom is optimized to have excellent yeast sedimentation characteristics and can collect yeast from the bottom drainage.
Insulation
Polyurethane foam insulation material has a high insulation value and can be expanded to fill every corner of the insulation space. It is specially used for stainless steel tanks.
Cooling jacket
The high-efficiency glycol cooling jacket is specifically designed to generate turbulence and improve heat transfer. The location of the double-sided jacket minimizes thermal stratification and maximizes the cooling performance for single or double batches.
Sampling port
The sanitary sampling valve provides a convenient location for taking beer samples.
