Our beer brewery equipment consists of milling system, mashing system, fermenting system, cooling system, control system and CIP system, of which the capacity can be customized from 100L to 5000L. We provide turnkey project, with the advantage of low energy consumption, small space occupation and easy for operation. The equipment can be designed according to different flavor, production and capacity. We offer professional and complete service before, during and after your purchasing. The milling system can be designed as two-vessel, three-vessel, four-vessel and five-vessel system, our qualified engineers will provide the most suitable choice for you.
1.Crushed malt
Malt is ground in tje grain mill, the griat is manually introtuced through the access hatch.Malt and grain raw materials (rice, corn, barley, etc.) can be well dissolved after being crushed, and the crushing quality plays an important role in the composition of wort, wort filtration and raw material utilization in the saccharification process.
2. Mash/Lauter
Mash is an important factor that affects the composition of wort, and the composition of wort is one of the important factors that affect beer fermentation, beer filtration performance and taste stability. In the mash tun the grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash. In the lauter tun the wort is seperated from the solids
3.Wort boiling
Kettle is used for wort boiling. Attention! Hops are added to boiling wort.Hops are added in the first 5 minutes to reduce oxygen content, and hops are added in the last 5 minutes to increase the taste.
4. Whirlpool
It is created by circulating the wort. The solids consist of protein and the hops roughage.Once the wort stops rotating the cooling process is initiated(yeast pitching)
5.Fermentation
The fermentation of beer is a complex process, mainly divided into two stages: aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration is to increase the value of yeast, and anaerobic respiration is to produce ethanol and CO₂. The main metabolites of yeast are ethanol and CO₂. Fermentation products affect the flavor, foam, color and stability of beer, and at the same time endow beer with its typical characteristics.
Once the primary fermentaion(in the fermentation tank) is completed, the green beer is pumped via a transportable pump from the fermentation tank to the serving tank. After the ageing process the beer can b served direstly from this tank.

A:We tied it up with code and tied it up with a film membrane. We will choose Wooden case to protect the equipment from being damaged in transit.If the equipment’s height exceed the container’s height, and put down the equipment and fix it by iron frame.
