Beer mashing is one of the most important processes in the preparation of wort. The equipment required is mash tank, lauter tank, boiling tank and whirlpool tank. Of course, in order to improve mashing efficiency, most customers will choose a hot water tank to prepare hot water in advance,which can save time.
These tanks can be combined freely, mashing and lautering can be combined into a tank, boiling and whhirpool can be combined into a tank,,,,,and so on.
Generally speaking, we can combined the whole mashing progress in 2-vessels,3-vessels or 4 vessels beer brewhouse

Fermentation is a process that the cold wort ferment in fermentation tank.And it need to add yeast and oxygen before going into fermentation tank.Therefore,it is a crucial step in the whole brewing process.Meanwhile, fermentation is an ongoing process and it need to keep temperature in a certain temperature,so it is very important to master the fermentation temperature. In addition, different beer has different fermentation temperature.That is to say,the temperature required for the top fermentation is about 18 to 22 degrees, and the temperature required for the bottom fermentation is about 8 to 12 degree. The types of yeast of top fermentation and bottom fermentation are different, so the by-products produced are also different. So the taste and smell of these two beer are very different.For example, ale with less carbonic acid and rich in flavor,however lager is very soft, more carbonated and more refreshing.
The FV’s are all 304 SS TIG weld construction and polished to a sanitary interior finish.The fermentation tank is equipped with top dome head/hops adding port/dimple plate jacketed/CIP spraying ball/sampling valve/liquid level meter/beer outlet and sewage outlet/water-sealed mechanical regulating valve/pressure gauge/carbonation stone and other supporting valves. With polyurethane insulation to ensure that the fermenting temperature is kept at a low. Equipped with PT100 temperature sensor, with PLC auto-control system.
