Beer Canning Line Product Introduction

The 1600 cans/h beer canning line is a fully automatic rinser, filler, and seamer system designed for efficient beverage packaging in aluminum cans. Built with sanitary materials and controlled by a PLC system, it provides stable and hygienic operation for beer and carbonated drinks. This equipment addresses key production needs such as oxygen control, filling accuracy, and space efficiency, making it suitable for modern beverage processing. It is ideal for microbreweries, craft beer producers, and small to medium beverage manufacturers seeking a compact, reliable, and scalable canning solution for continuous production.

Working Principle

The process begins with cans placed on the sorting table and activated in automatic mode. Cans enter the rinsing station for cleaning, followed by CO2 pre-purging to remove air and reduce oxygen levels. They then move to the filling station, where isobaric filling is performed in multiple stages, including low flow, high flow, and topping to ensure accuracy and foam control. After filling, lids are automatically placed, and cans proceed to the seaming station for airtight sealing. Finally, cans pass through a water rinse station before being discharged for downstream packaging.
