Our stainless steel beer fermenters are built for those that want the best. The series are all unitanks, which means they can handle pressure up to 1.5bar. That allows you to carbonate in your fermenter without a separate brite tank or waiting days for your beer to ferment in kegs or bottles. These fermenters are scaled down versions of what you will see at any profession brewery. All sanitary welded tri-clamps, butterfly valves, 60° cone angle and dedicated tri-clamp for use with a blow off cane. Brewhouse combination is flexible according to your needs and daily work shift. In general, the brewhouse's main tank: mash tun,lauter tun, kettle and whirlpool tank ,from one vessels to four vessels, heating way is electrical or steam heating or direct fire.
Fermenter quantity will depend on beer daily output and beer fermentation cycle.

Sample valve – it is used for sampling the product during its tasting and laboratory tests. The valve can be further equipped with a spiral attachment that eliminates the foaming of the beverage and speeds up the sampling process.
Ice water inlet and rotate racking arm
Temperature sensor in the socket – the socket is a small tube welded on the side of the tank for insert the thermocouple of the control system, or thermometer for visual temperature measurement. For tanks of larger volumes, one tank contains two or more sockets for thermal sensors.
PU insulation – The tank is usually insulated with a polyurethane foam (optionally with other insulating material) that fills the space between the inner jacket and the outer shell of the tank. Usually, we only isolate only both the cylindrical and conical parts of the tank. On request, we also can insulate the upper and lower bottoms of the tank.
