The airlock, spunding valve or blow off are relief valves that allow the regulation of pressure inside the fermenter by releasing the CO2 that is emitted during fermentation.
These valves enable Unitank fermenters to accurately ferment under pressure and/or condition beer before transferring to a keg. Perfect for the brewer that wants to be able to dial in pressures on the fly without having to match the release pressure using a gauge.
Ideally suited to the blow-off arm of our commercial stainless steel tanks. Or modified for use of larger homebrew scale tanks.

The valve is used in pressure vessel piping systems.
Regulating one-way exhaust valve protect the container from excessive pressure and explosion-proof effect. When the pressure is higher than the set pressure (standard 1BAR),it can be exhausted, otherwise it is closed.
The regu Jating rod is marked with pressure scale, and the required pressure is adjusted according to the scale. The valve is easy to use with accurate scale, and the fermentation effect can be seen by adding water to the glass cover, It can minimize contamination.
