The set of 20BBL commercial beer brewery equipment is custom-built to fit each brewer's individual needs. Our staff works with you on everything from defining your optimal brewery layout, to designing the setup and size of your brewhouse and tanks. Most importantly, every brewhouse is built with 304 Stainless Steel and uses Siemens or ABB motors, so they are as durable and hard-working as you are. Further, every equipment goes through a comprehensive quality control inspection before it leaves our factory, where everything, including the inside of the piping, is inspected.

Heating method
| Direct fire heated | There is a boiler under the saccharification equipment to burn gas or coal. Now the direct fire heating equipment mainly burns gas. In foreign countries, the price of steam generators is extremely high, in order to reduce equipment purchases instead of direct fire heating. |
| Steam heated | The equipment is equipped with a steam jacket and a steam boiler is also provided. (Steam boiler: electric boiler, diesel boiler, gas boiler.) |
| Electric heated | The equipment is heated by electric heating pipes. (Electric heating is not recommended for equipment over 1 ton) |

According to the yield, engineer determine the number of fermenters
Appearance clean and generous and the equipment is bright;
Good insulation effect:,The equipment is divided into two kinds of heat insulation and cold insulation, which is the best to ensure the temperature of the beer brewing process;
Low energy consumption: environmental protection, energy saving, low powerconsumption.
Fermentation system configuration
Fermentation tanks, bright beer tank, qlycol water tank, chiller, pump, breather valve, solenoid valve, temperature sensor PT100, sight glass, raking arm and pressure gauge etc.
