DEGONG 1000L Craft Beer Brewery Equipment for sale is specially customized for users who want to brew 1000L per batch and 1~2 batches per day. We plan and design complete medium-sized breweries, all systems can be customized designed with the customer’s input for a defined process.

The beer production process can be divided into two phases. The first phase, brewing, is performed inside a brewhouse, where a mixture of malt, water, and hops is used to obtain wort. The second phase, fermentation and maturation, is carried out in specially designed tanks (fermenters and maturation tanks). These tanks are used to transform wort into young beer, which then goes through the maturation process in order to obtain the final product - beer.

All fermenters use dimple jacket technology and multiple zones to maximize glycol cooling performance, allowing the brewer to crash cool beers and maintain lagering temperatures. We manufacture fermenters in all the most popular sizes: 7, 10, 15, 20, 30 barrels, but can create any volume you wish, up to 100 barrels. Horizontal lagering tanks are available as well.
