The 2-vessel beer brewhouse/beer mashing system can accomplish 2-3 batches of saccharification every day. If you want to complete more batches, we can choose a 3-vessel (mash kettle,lauter tank,whirlpool tank) or 4-vessel(mash tank,lauter tank,boiling kettle,whirlpool tank)beer brewhouse. For 2000L beer brewing equipment,we usually recommend mash/boiling tank+lauter tank+whirlpool tank+4000L hot liquid tank.
500L brewery equipment is favorite by some intermediate breweries or restaurants owners, which can help them to brew 500-1000L beer per day. Its production capacity is flexible, you can decide how much beer would you want to brew per month according to the quantities of fermenter you choose. One tank beer usually take 10-14 days to ferment.
