This allows you to split batches for experiments, and produce larger quantities of core range beers. This depends entirely on your business model, however.

Our commercial mash tuns utilize several design tricks to improve work-flow. In addition to the control advantages, the height of the mash tun was purposely designed to fit above a selection of grain collection containers, for easy transportation of spent grain via forklift or pallet jack.
