Mash system, it is the most important part of beer making machine. It consist of mash tun,lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool tank. All of our equipments are made out of sus304. The thickness of the inner tank is 3.0mm,the outer is 2.0mm.
Turnkey beer fermenting system consists of Fermentation Tank and Bright Beer Tank. Fermentation Tank structure and design differs depending on fermentation process. The normal commercial brewery equipment fermentation tank structure is dish head up and cone down, the used beer brewery equipment is equipped with cooling installation,there is a cooling jacket on tank cone section,columnar part has two or three cooling jackets.This not only can meet the relevant requirements of cooling, guarantee cooling rate of fermentation tank, also help to precipitation and storage the yeast.

The main tanks can be combined to 2-vessel,3-vessels,4-vessels brewhouse to meet different requirements of brewing technology.

DEGONG fermentation system is mainly composed of fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks.The fermentation tank is designed differently according to the fermentation process.
The general fermentation tank is the upper head, the lower cone structure, the tank itself is equipped with a cooling device, the cone part of the tank has a cooling jacket, the cylinder part has two to three cooling jacket.This can not only meet the cooling requirements and guarantee the cooling rate of the fermentation tank, but also help to precipitate and preserve the yeast.
