This is a complete brewery with all necessary auxiliaries, like steam generator and chiller. The brew size is 2000l and this brew line can make up to 4 brews in a day. It has traditional tree brew vessel brew line and they have brewed various type of non-filtrated beers with this brewery. In addition to this brew line in has a cold block with 6*2000l fermenters (unitanks). All equipment in top condition.

Beer fermentation tank is also called CCT, fermenters are made of SUS 304, for fermentation and maturation of beer. We design, manufacture all variety fermenters from 500L to 30000L .

The fermentation system consists of fermentation tank and a bright beer tank; fermentation is an important process in beer production. It is a complex biochemical reaction process involving yeast. The fermentation tank is cylindrical with a cone bottom, and the tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature. The bottom of the tank is cone-shaped, so it is easy to recover yeast and clean the tank; The tank has a CIP cleaning system to ensure hygiene in production. It is equipped with advanced international fermentation engineering technology and can adopt PLC automatic temperature control technology.
