Volume: 1000L Efficient, 1250L total volume, 30% clearance at the top not counting the arched top.
Doomed top, 60 degree conical bottom.
Double layer with cooling jacket.
Working pressure: 2 bar. Tested up to 3 bar.
Inner tank thickness: 4mm, outer garment: 2mm.
Insulation of polyurethane, thickness: 100mm, sides and bottom are insulated.
The cooling cap is welded in points to the tank.
2 cooling zones controlled separately: cylinder and conical base.
Exterior: Polished.
Internally polished, all welding surfaces are polished and cleaned with acid.
Roughness: 0.4 um
4 stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. Option: Wheel.
At the top: CIP arm, Sprayball, combined pressure and suppression valve (PVRV), hobport (blind plate with 4″ triclamp).
Option: Butterfly valve on the entrance for dry hop.
On the side: Glycol Inlet and outlet, thermo sensor and sampling port.
Manhole in the top or side of your choice.
At the bottom: drain valve, beer outlet, racking arm, carbonantion device and thermo sensor.
CIP arm included Steam gauge.
