More than a job, an art. The ancient art of distillation is based on a simple chemical concept, exploiting the different boiling point of the compounds, the process separates them.Over the years, distillation has taken on strictly cultural characteristics.
Distillates have become representative of geographical areas, and this leads master distillers to jealously preserve the recipes developed thanks to the experience gained in years of work. The distillation is divided into discontinuous and continuous.
In the first case the processing is done in small batches loading predefined quantities of raw material into the still, while in the second case the raw material is continuously introduced into the plant allowing to process larger volumes. After having designed and installed over 100 distillation plants, today we can guide you in the choice of the plant that fully meets your needs.
Pilot distillery 300L distillery machinery
We will evaluate with you the raw materials used for the distillation process, the size of the environment that will host the new plant, the type of raw materials and the certifications required by your country. Only then we will design and build the plant that will imprint your signature on each distillate. Your plants have been studied, according to different distillation methods, to produce: • Grappa • Brandy • Whiskey • Gin • Rum • Vodka • Alcool neutro • Spirits in general (Pisco, tequila..)
Multifunctional Distiller
A multi-purpose machine can be used to distill whisky, gin , fruit brandy and some fermented liquor.
Whisky Distiller
Use traditional secondary distillation to get better quality liquor.
Vodka Distiller
With multi-section towers, the degree of alcohol can reach 95% alcohol degree, ensuring the purity of the liquor.
Pure Essential Oil Distiller
Can use a variety of heating methods, using copper materials, to maximize the retention of aromatic and active ingredients.
