Technical principle
Distillation is a physical process that relies on the difference in boiling points of different substances for separation. It heats the mixed liquid to evaporate some components, and then condenses and recovers them, thereby achieving purification or graded separation of components.
The core structure includes:
Heating system: electric heating or steam heating device, used to control the heating process of the raw liquid;
Tower structure: including tower plates, packing towers, and reflux systems to achieve separation of components with different boiling points;
Condensation and reflux device: used for steam cooling and reflux regulation to improve separation purity;
Control system: PLC automatic control, precise adjustment of parameters such as temperature, reflux ratio, and liquid flow rate;

Workflow:
Feed → Heating and evaporation → Tower separation → Top condensation → Reflux part return → Remaining condensate as product output
By adjusting the reflux ratio and tower temperature difference, single-component or multi-component fine separation can be achieved, which is suitable for a variety of complex mixed materials.
