Degong provide 2 or 3 vessels brewhouse from 1bbl to 3bbl, the mash tun and brew kettle are with electric heating elements. Milled false bottom with grain out door for the lauter tun. Sparging ring for the lauter tun. Tangential whirlpool port for the whirlpool vessel. Full sanitary stainless steel piping for the brewhouse.
The brewhouse system can be putted on the stainless steel frame or with wheels. With a separate control panel for the whole brewhouse system.
The Unitanks are 1bbl to 3bbl, with 25% head space, sus 304 with thickness 3mm, 100mm insulated. 0.3Mpa pressure test, sample valve, relief valve, detachable CIP arm, carbonation stone, level gauge, leveling pads for the legs.
Brewhouse system is suitable for small brewery business who supply fresh / craft beer within their own venue such as small bars, 50-300 sets restaurants etc. Usually the small breweries include more flavors of beer and sell beer with kegs or taps or directly from the fermentation tanks. To turnover the fermentation tank quickly, serving tanks are also needed.
