Fermentation system is one of beer brewing equipment. The fermentation of beer is a complex process, mainly divided into two stages: aerobic respiration and anaerobic respiration. Aerobic respiration is to increase the value of yeast, and anaerobic respiration is to produce ethanol and CO₂. The main metabolites of yeast are ethanol and CO₂. Fermentation products affect the flavor, foam, color and stability of beer, and at the same time endow beer with its typical characteristics.
1.Function: Used for keep wort fermentation or maturation.
2.Component: It is consisted of manhole, mechanical relief valve, sample valve, pressure gage, racking arm, butterfly valve, solenoid valve and etc. It is the third part of beer brewing equipment for restaurant.
3.Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket both bottom and top.
4.Cooling media: Complete stainless steel pipeline for cooling between glycol water tank and fermentation tank.
5.Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa. (standard design, MPa can be customized).
6.Process: Hot wort→plate heat exchange→pump→hose→fermentation tank(primary fermentation)→adding yeast→green beer→bright beer tank→beer
Details of fermentation tank
1.Adopted the scientific technology to keep pressure,cooling,there is also a jacket in the cone to low the temperature.Realized lowering the temperature rapidly,lowering the part,lowering the cone.
2.Perfect cleaning condition,scientific design of the tank,head and the cone.Ensure the CO₂ supply,low temperature of the beer,cleaning of the tank.Ensure the tank is connected and shares with the CIP system,ice water,temperature control.
Details of bright beer tank
Function: Used for cooling wort in heat exchanger when it finished the mashing in brewhouse, and cooling wort in fermentation tank in the fermenting period.
Component: Ice water tank, solenoid valve, glycol water ump, stainless pipeline and etc.
Cooling method: Two stage cooling (Glycol water and tap water work cooling).
Control method: Automatically by PLC controller cabinet.
Temperature mode: PT100 temperature probe, temperature transmitting, tempetature control panel display
