DEGONG can provide you with turnkey batch distilling systems from 100L to 4000L in size. We can customize and deliver everthing needed to go from grain to spirit, designed and built to your requirements.
Our electrically heated and steam systems are available as either a compact still, great for making a range of spirits with in the most space-efficient footprint, or a universal still, offereing the most versatility for making a full range of spirits.

Material: Stainless Steel 304, Red Copper T2
1. Double wall ; with heating jacket & PU insulation.
Accessories: thermometer, thermowell, pressure guage, pressure relief valve, reflux hole, glass manhole, CIP ball, etc

Still Agitator:
Material: Stainless Steel 304, Union Connection, easy to installtion.
Voltage: it can be supplied voltage according to customer request,
Exproof motor with CE/ UL certificate.
Using an Agitator during a Run will decrease the heat up time, and help keep your mash from scorching.

Distilling Column
We can custom the height and plate number for your building restrictions.
The max height of column can reach 2000mm, up to 10 plates within a pair of flange.

Bubble Trays
The bubble tray intergrated within a tightly embedded inner shell, to avoid welding scar around the column.
Bubble caps and screw are made of red copper, the screw with a no dead corner design, can 100% meet sanitary stand.

Condenser
A heat exchanger in which hot vapors are cooled and condensed into liquid.
Material: Red Copper / Stainless Steel 304
Structural tube type heat exchanger; with cooling water inlet and outlet.With a thermometer.
Gin Basket
Enhance flavor and extended the range of your system.
For making Gin, Schnapps, etc.
Material: Stainless Steel/ Red Copper
Inside with removable filter basket.
