Top of pot with whole glass manway,inlet,thermometer,pressure gauge and liquid return back hole. Top with agitator can be used to distill any wash,even washes full of fruit pulp or grain mash can heated in this configuration of boiler without any risk of burning on bottom of pot.Also,by constantly agitating the wash throughout the distillation run, the distillery can save 20% on the heating required to perform the distillation.

The still pictured is of one of our 500L Jacketed, Steam Heated, Whiskey Stills. This Still comes standard with our 8" 18 plate Bubble Plate Column. This column will produce up to 180 proof in one run. The Dephlegmator (Pre-Condenser) can be turned off, and the Plate Drain Valves of the Whiskey Column can be opened so that the still can be ran in Pot Still Mode.
