② Good equipment and strict process technology.

④ Strictly control the specification of raw materials, process ratio and process issues, especially in the case of poor malt quality, it is even more necessary to manage the ratio of basic raw materials and the specification of saccharification process.

Technological measures require technical action to solve the problem:

① Analyze the auxiliary materials and raw materials used, adopt equivalent technical procedures according to various resources, and reasonably mix malt and various high-quality auxiliary materials when feeding.

② Process procedures include changing temperature, time, pH value, strengthening enzyme pre-work, low-temperature soaking, and controlling various saccharification temperature levels and saccharification time, etc., to achieve the most effective saccharification effect. Prepare logic equipment and control technology.

③ Strictly select the type of high-efficiency yeast strains, pure yeast management, and use solid yeast with strong fermentation power, strong spreading power, and solid diacetyl reduction ability as high as possible. Minimize and keep awake due to poor quality yeast resulting in metabolic consequences.

④ Determine the technical sanitation issues of fermentation production and loading production, and prevent various microorganisms from polluting. Ensure that equipment and pipelines are cleaned and decontaminated in strict accordance with appropriate requirements, and strict microbial screening is performed on production water, sterilized water, yeast, fermented beer, etc., and clear measures need to be taken to deal with contamination incidents.
