5. Pressure control system
The design pressure of the tank can reach up to 3 bar, and it is equipped with a pressure gauge, safety valve and exhaust valve to meet the requirements of low-pressure fermentation and secondary fermentation.
6. CIP cleaning system
Integrated spray ball, supports online high-temperature alkali solution circulation cleaning (CIP), ensures that the internal hygiene of the equipment meets the standards and prevents pollution.
7. Manhole and sampling port
Optional top or side manhole for manual observation and maintenance. Equipped with sanitary sampling port for easy detection of fermentation process.
