A commercial brewery is focus on regional market. The capacity request is not so high than macro breweries. Their beers are always sold on shelf in bottle or canning. We are involved in providing different types of medium scale industrial breweries to clients worldwide. In this post we'll go through our brewery setup.
Beer brewing process
The beer brewing process mainly includes the following parts:
Crushing malt--Mixed with water(in mash/lauter tun)--Boiler with hops(In the boiling kettle)--Clearing(in the whirlpool tun)--Cooling(Heat exchanger)--Fermentation--Filtration--Filling--delivery----DRINKING BEER!!!

Let's briefly introduce the components of 800 liters craft beer equipment:
Brewhouse unit(800L)
Mash tun, Lauter tun, Boiling Kettle, Whirlpool tun in various combination
Hot water tank and cold water tank for optional in special combinations
Stainless steel are popular because of easy maintenance and clean, copper cladding for optional
Ergonomically designed working platform for easier operation
Two stages or single stage heat exchanger for wort cooling
Completely stainless steel integrated work platform
Sanitary and efficiency wort pump
All pipings and fittings
Beer brewing system 800L with Operating platform
Ferment unit(800L OR 1600L):fermenters and brite tanks
Standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks
Same size or double size as brewhouse is common used in microbreweries
Tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers
All manhole, valves, pressure gauges, fittings etc are included
For example:
| 1:800L of beer is brewed every day (at least one batch is brewed, considered as 1 batch), |
| and the monthly working time is calculated as 20 working days. |
| That is, the monthly output is 800L*20=16,000L beer/month |
| 2:It is also assumed that the fermentation cycle is 15 days, so two rounds of fermentation per month |
| That is:16000L/2=8000L |
| 3:Therefore, we recommend that you use ten 800L fermentation tanks or five 1600L fermentation tanks. |
4:Of course, from our point of view, it is recommended that you use 5*1600L fermentation tanks (This scheme has fewer fermentation tanks , thereby reducing investment costs) |

Insulated glycol water tank for glycol liquid holding and mixing
Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy
Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
Controlling Unit
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse and cooling
Temperature controller, thermocouple, solenoid valves etc are included
PLC with touch screen panel for special request(optional)
