This single unit consists of a pot that is a combination of red copper, glass and copper column,dephlegmator and condenser,heated by steam or electric.
The distiller is a single unit, engineered to meet and exceed the needs of start-up distilleries or be used as an advanced test still for established distilleries for whiskey, gin, fruit brandy, rum,wine spirit and there is a possibility to produce vodka with additional vodka column.
Complete distilling process system is available including mash tun,fermenters,spirit storage tank etc.
Heating Method by steam( it can be electric heating)
All connection type by Tri-clamp and flange;easy to installation and clean equipment after a run.

Application It can make sure you get function of distilling whisky,brandy,gin and vodka etc.
Distiller pot: Inner full copper pot, outer steam jacket with warm insulation layer, outer layer with fish scale polish, full glass manhole to see, top with agitator stirring.
Column plates: full CU122 copper bubble plates, side with pass valve to operate, CIP ball insert to each plate to clean, back with CIP pipe and valve to operate.
Bottom collect tanks: water tank to collect condenser water to cycle used with CIP clean, alcohol tanks direct to collect from parrot, bottom connect one water pump.
Bubble caps :It consist of bubble cap,down comers,bubble plate,red copper screw and bubble tee(we have stainless steel 304 and red copper option)
Control Panel:Material of control box is stainless steel 304 or plastic option
Suitable Voltage:208/220/240V single phase 60Hz,Which can adjust the heating temperature by module.
Parrot spout with high sanitary glass cover, top is copper lid, direct to open, bottom with valve.
