Equipment structure

The brewhouse is consist of mash tun/lauter tun, hot water tank (up-down structure) and kettle / whirlpool tun.

The brewhouse is equipped with wort pump, heat exchange plate, cold-hot water mixer, pipeline, valves and controllers.

The brewhouse works together with fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks, water treatment tank, chilled water tank, glycol tank, malt milling, screw conveyor, glycol tank, steam generator, CIP system, beer keg washer, beer filling machine.

Equipment features

1. It can save hot water from heat exchange plate to hot water tank for feeding material, grain washing and cleaning.

2. Exhaust pipe for kettle tun will condensate the steam to water, this method will avoid to cause environmental pollution, we can use the water to wash floor.

3. Mashing and filtration in one tank will save time and reduce wort oxidation.  Stagger scraper spindle head can help scraper to a high level, this design reduces work obstruction and save more energy. The back purge system at the bottom of the tank will wash the tank bottom clean.
