A Set of turnkey brewery equipment


A complete brewery system includes malt crusher, BREWHOUSE system (MASH LAUTER BOILING WHIRLPOOL tanks; wort/hot water pump; plate heat changer; buffer tank, etc.), fermentation system (fermentation tank FV/CCT; brite tank; horizontal tank optional); refrigeration system (chiller unit, Glycol tank; cold water tank can be selected); cleaning system(CIP); control system (can be PLC or semi-automatic control); filling system (cans, bottles, kegs, etc.); labeling machine; pasteurization; beer kegs (various standards are available You choose: DIN standard, Euro standard, US standard. If necessary, we can provide you all)

Brewery equipment features:

  • To save the hot water from heat exchange plate to hot water tank for feeding material, grain washing and cleaning.

  • Mashing and filtration in one tank will save time and reduce wort oxidation. Raker with VFD motor to help scraper toa high level, this design reduce workobstruction and save more energy. 

  • The key and frequent operation point can be equipped with mannual control or automatic control.

  • Pertect and smooth process design make the whole equipment compact and easy to operate


Malt miller:

A malt miller will very likely be needed to open the grain up for mashing. 


Double-roll malt crusher



  • Mash  Lauter Tun

Used to combine grist and hot water. A false bottom is then used to extract the clear wort from the malted barley. The spent grains left over can be used for animal feed.


  • Boiling kettle whirlpool tun

The wort is boiled to a desired specific gravity and hops are added for flavor and bitterness. After boiling the wort is whirlpooled to collect soluble proteins in the center of the kettle. The clear wort is then pumped through the heat exchanger and into the fermenter.


  • Hot liquor tank

Its function is to provide the hot water needed for mashing and heat the water needed for recirculation.


  • Plate heat exchanger

If your tap water is not cold enough to completely chill your wort, or if you want to conserve tap water, it is recommended to initially chill with tap water as far as makes sense and  then switch to cold water from a Water Chiller.

Cycle boiling wort through the plate chiller for the last few minutes of boil to sanitize the lines, and clean it out immediately.

  • Fermentation tank

The wort is pumped into this vessel and added to the previously pitched yeast and allowed to ferment (typically 3 to 7 days). 

The fermentation tank can be used as an aging tank or the beer can be transferred to a separate vessel for the aging period (typically 10 to 20 days).
