After beer brewing,we need to fill it into bottles,cans or kegs,so it will need bottling line,canning line or kegging machine.Some beer suppliers will sell commercial beer,so it will need to be filter and sterilized to improving their shelf life,then filter and pasteurization machine is necessary......And some breweries will sell beer in their bar or restaurant,so they will need beer dispenser.
The most important two steps in beer brewing is beer Saccharification process and fermentation .
Saccharification contains mash/lauter, boiling/whirlpool.When mill the malt,the hot water tank is start heating. When the degree reaches 55 degrees and send the malt to the mashing tank using the malt lifting machine.Then heated to 65 degrees and keep the temperature for an hour, then up to 75 degrees and keep the temperature for an hour. The purpose of heat preservation is to make enzymes play the biggest role.Then filter the wort through the backfolw until it is clean .Send the clean wort into whirlpool/boiling tank to boil about 1 hour. It needs to add hops in the early (five minutes after boiling )and later boiling(five minutes before the boiling ending).
When the mashing process is finished,the wort flows through plate heat exchanger to cool,then enters into the fermentation tank.The fermentation temperature is about 8-10degree.
