Beer brewing equipment can be designed according to the requirements of different brewers.The whole set commercial used beer brewing equipment includes miller, mash system, fermentation system, cooling system, control system, cleaning system, filtration system, sterilizer, filling line (bottle, barrel, can), packaging.


The two most important steps in beer production are beer mashing and fermentation.So let's focus on the equipment needed for these two parts.


Mashing system/beer brewhouse


The beer mashing system usually consists of these parts:

1. The malt mash boiling tank – heated vessel for the mixing of the squeezed malt in water and boiling of malt mash

2. The wort boiling tank – the heated vessel for the boiling of wort with hops. This function may be integrated into the malt mash boiling tank

3. The Lautering tank – the tank with special sieve for the filtration of malt mash (separation of liquid wort from solid parts of malt)

4. The whirlpool tank – tank equipped with a tangential inlet for centrifugal separation solid rests of hops from wort – this vessel may be situated also as an external device

5. Other tanks – Wort storage tank, Second malt mash boiling tank etc. – only special brewhouse models

A hot steam generator, a hot water tank and a tank for treated cold water are usually an external accessories of the brewing machine.

For some of the simpler types of wort machines, some containers are omitted or functions of more vessels are integrated to one combi-tank.

All material are Food grade stainless steel 304 or 316

Inner Shell: 3mm,  304 Stainless Steel

Outer Shell: 2mm, 304 Stainless Steel

Inner shell design pressure 3bar, testing pressure 1.5bar, designed to suit all types of craft breweries.

Inner cooling jacket design pressure 2 bar.

25% headspace for fermenting process.

Minimum 3 inch Thermal Polyurethane Insulation with both cone and shell coolant jackets.

Chloride ion barrier paint on the out surface of the inner shell to prevent any potential corrosion to ensure longevity.

Tank inner side is polished within 0.6µm sanitary finish.

Tank outside is 2B stainless steel plate(optional brushed stainless, #4 finish).

Shell and bottom cone cooling jacket for better temperature control.

Main Components:

Manhole on the top head (standard).

Level Indicator (standard) for inner tank.

Vacuum/Pressure combined valve. Tank top fittings, pressure gauge.

Pressure keeping valve with sight glass for controlling and monitoring fermenting process.

Built in rotary spray ball within the inner tank for cleaning.

 Sanitary sampling valve, with the shortest connection on the tank, easily CIP cleanable.

Manual ball valve for easy glycol changing over thus temperature control.
