Introduction of 500L beer mashing system/brewhouse
The 5bbl brewing system is a compact, universal stainless steel system for brewing all types of beer, from light to lager. The brewhouse assembly consists of two main vessels, a frame, staircase, service platform, railing, control panel, wort cooler as well as mash, wort and hot water pumps, a mash agitator and rake arms. Different technological parts of the brewhouse are linked by stainless steel piping and all the necessary valves, servo drives, low meters, safety valves, sight glasses, lighting, etc.

Mash Tun/Lauter Tank
32” inner diameter all stainless steel T-304 construction, dished top and bottom.
Fully TIG welded assembly. Internal welds are smoothed with external welds acid cleaned and re-grained. External welds are stripe buffed.
Internal mash grid assembly with (4) wedge wire removable screens for ease of cleaning.

Thermo-well installed with RTD for measuring temperature in Mash / Lauter Tun
Fully welded steam jacket with rear exit protruding steam/condensate nipples on main body(If steam heating)
Brew Kettle/ Whirlpool Assembly:
32” inner diameter all stainless steel T-304 construction, dished top and bottom.
sealed top man door access.
2” mineral wool insulation with 14 gauge polished stainless steel outer shell.
8” diameter steam flue slip flange with condensation gutter and drain port.

Fully welded steam jackets with rear exit protruding steam/condensate nipples(If steam heating).
Thermowell installed with RTD for measuring temperature in Brew Kettle.

We will choose Wooden case to protect the equipment from being damaged in transit.If the equipment's height exceed the container's height,we will put down the equipment and fix it by iron frame.

3.Debug the brewing equipment after installation
4.Teach customer how to use the machine and how to brew beer
