RO system is widely used in water supply treatment,purification of tap water,brackish water,pure water and ultrapure drinking water production, power stations,electronic industries,and medical treatment.It is capable of removing more than 97% of total dissolved solids(TDS),about 99% of organic and bacteria in the feed water.
Mechanical water filters are intended for cleaning the water from various sediments (sand, clay, etc.) traveling through the water pipeline and from trivalent iron. Filter operating principle: the filter filters water through a filler Aqua sand and Antracite. Back-flow water is used for regeneration (restoration of filtering properties when it becomes dirty).

Process:
Raw water tank + raw water pump + quartz sand filter + activated carbon filter + water softener/chemical dosing system(optional) + security filter + high pressure pump + ro system + pure water tank + UV sterilizer(ozone generator) + precision filter + water supply point
| Components of water treatment equipment: |
Raw water pump: provide needed pressure for every pre-treatment filter;
Quartz sand filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill quartz sand, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. Important to remove iron and sediments you mentioned;
Activated carbon filter: use fiber glass as housing, fill activated carbon, remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances;
Security filter: prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5µm;
High pressure pump: provide needed working pressure for RO system, ensure production capacity of pure water;
RO system: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts.
UV Sterilizer(for direct drinking): kill bacteria , viruses , cell damage , atc...
