Any size is available.We can customize stills to fit your building. Customization is no problem. We can make it with any size boiler or column diameter. Columns and condensers can be made of copper or stainless steel according to your needs.
Still pot: 2000L, made of copper or stainless steel, or a combination. Explosion proof motors are available. Full size glass manhole for easy observation of pot work. Steam heating or electric heating (direct or indirect type) for your choice.
Helmet/Gooseneck: Various shapes are available, we can also customize according to your requirements.
Gin Basket: Copper or SS or glass casing with copper sieve inside
Distillation tower: copper or stainless steel material is optional. Copper Bubble Board, Bypass Valve/CIP Ball/Sight Lamp/Sight Glass
Condenser column: made of copper or stainless steel, the tube can be made of stainless steel or copper according to your requirements
Supporting base: product tank or stainless steel uprights as support base for your choice.
CIP piping system: CIP pumps and accessories are available
Surface treatment: swirl treatment, satin treatment or mirror treatment
