1.1000L Brewhouse/beer mashing system
1000l brewing system comes in multi-vessel brewhouse configurations,which include four functions of mash,lauter,boiling and whirlpool.The 1000L brewery brewhouse come with various heating methods including electric, steam and gas fired.
REMARK:The brewhouse in the picture is mash/lauter tun(MLT)+Kettle whirlpool tun(KWT),the four fucntions can be combined according to your requirement.
2.1000L Fermentation tank
Our jacketed conical fermenters provide optimum control of your fermentation process, and are designed to provide superior performance. The fermentation tank is a double-layer stainless steel jacketed isobaric tank, generally 60 degree cone to facilitate the recovery of yeast, but it also can be adjusted according to specific requirements, such as 72 degrees, 90 degrees, etc. The general diameter-to-height ratio of the fermentation tank is between 1:1 and 1:2, but if the height or space of the room is limited, we can also design the fermentation tank to be wider or thinner.
REMARK:Degong’s fermentation tank will contain all the accessories needed for the tank, such as vacuum valves, pressure gauges, etc., or you can add more accessories according to your requirements, such as CO2 blow off, carbonation stone.....
3.Bright beer tank
This 1000l brite tank (also known as a bright tank, bright beer tank, etc.) can be used for carbonation of beer, as a tax determination tank, and as a serving tank. Ideal for micro breweries and nano breweries where space may be limited, this 1000l bright tank can be used for storing and serving carbonated beer and eliminate the hassle of cleaning beer kegs.

The material of brewhouse can be copper or stainless steel.Some customer who what to open brewery factory will choose a stainless steel brewhouse;If the customer what to display equipment is brewpub or restaurant,copper brewhouse is a good choice.Of course it is depend on you!
