1000 Bottles/H Beer Filling Machine For Glass Bottles And Cans
Product Description
Product introduction of Beer Filling Machine
The beer filling machine is a fully automatic counterpressure rinser-filler-capper system capable of up to 1,000 bottles per hour for 330ml containers, designed for glass bottles, aluminium cans, and aluminium bottles. Constructed with stainless steel, it supports low TPO filling to maintain beverage quality and carbonation integrity. The machine solves issues of inconsistent fill levels, oxygen contamination, and slow manual operation. Suitable for breweries, cider producers, sparkling wine manufacturers, kombucha producers, and carbonated soft drink factories, it offers high-speed, accurate, and hygienic bottling for small to medium-scale beverage production.
Working Principle
Bottles are conveyed into the rinser section, where photocell detection ensures only present bottles are rinsed. Counterpressure filling valves accurately fill carbonated beverages with low oxygen pickup, while electro-pneumatic valves control vacuum and degassing timings for each drink type. After filling, bottles move to the capping station, where crown corks, screw caps, or other closures are applied. The system is driven by servo motors with PLC and touchscreen HMI for synchronized, precise operation. Stainless steel construction and hygienic design allow easy cleaning and reliable production.
