Turnkey 1200L Commercial Beer Brew System Mashing Tun with Steam Heating Conical Fermentation Tank for Sale

Hello everyone, I would like to share a project case of turnkey 1200L beer brewery system customized for one of our customers. The detail information as following:

Mill machine:

It is the most simple, a pair of drawing rollers, the two rollers during grinding relative rotation, the rotational speed of a roller is fixed, the other is adjustable.

Beer brewhouse system

The brewhouse based on 2 vessel structure: mash/lauter tun + kettle/whirlpool tun + 2400 L hot water tank.

• Both of the mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun installed with glass manhole and flashlight fora better vision during brewing.

• With Separated control unit for brewhouse and fermenters. The Brewhouse Control unit was installed on platform for easily operation.

• With Grist hopper, Flexible auger and hydrator, helping to transport milled malt from floor into hopper instead of labor, and the hydrator helping to get a better brewing result.

Fermentation system

The fermentation system includes fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks and other accessories. 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield Interior Finish: Overall polishing to 0.4μm without dead corner Insulation: Polyurethane; TH=80mm glycol Jacket: Ice water belt cooling jacket Dished head and 60degree cone bottom. Full sanitary sampling valve aseptic Style Shockproof pressure gauge on CIP arm 4pcs completely SUS304 heavy duty legs with leveling pad and legs support thermometer for high accuracy temperature sensor.
