Pub-brewery brewing equipment
Pub-brewery system is a compact, universal stainless steel system for brewing all types of beer, from light to lager.
The brewery assembly consists of two main vessels, a frame, staircase, service platform, railing, control panel, wort cooler as well as mash, wort and hot water pumps, a mash agitator and rake arms.
The different technological parts of the brewery are linked by stainless steel piping and all the necessary valves, flow meters, safety valves, sight glasses, lighting, etc. are included.The system enables both infusion and decoction brewing methods and is intended for more demanding customers with an adequate initial budget.The system adds a lot of joy and never-ending creativity to your beer making.

Basic configuration:
● Grain handling: Mill, conveyor (flexible auger),hopper etc.
● Brewhouse: Three or four vessels, including piping,etc.
● Cellar: Fermenter, storage tank and BBTs, for fermentation of different kinds of beer, all assembled and isolated
● Cooling: Chiller connected with glycol tank for cooling, with ice water tank and plat cooler for wort cooling
● CIP: Fixed CIP station or Portable CIP unit
● Filtration: Diatomite filtration, membrane filter, Plate frame filtration unit etc.
Optional:
● Bottling line range from 500-2000bph.
● Kegging unit: Keg filler & keg washer, or combined machine
● Automation: Fully automation possible
● Wet milling system typically designed for microbrewery
Breweries fermentation tank
The tank is a vertical, tapered cylindrical vessel serving the beer fermentation and maturation processes.
The tank has independent cooling zones and is fitted with adjustable legs.
