Mill system

The process of mill accelerates the dissolution and decomposition of starch in barley, and promotes the leaching of soluble substances. The principle of mill malt is not to break. The husk of the malt is used as a natural filter layer when the wort lauter. It should not be too fine and should be kept as complete as possible, which will improve the efficiency of mash.

800L Mash system

First, mash system has three heating method, including: direct fire heating(gas), steam heating and electric heating.

Electric heating: The equipment is heated by electric heating pipes. 

Steam heating: The equipment is equipped with a steam jacket and a steam boiler is also provided. (Steam boiler: electric boiler, diesel boiler, gas boiler)

Direct fire heating: There is a boiler under the saccharification equipment to burn gas. Now the direct fire heating equipment mainly burns gas.
