The definition of alcohol content refers to the percentage of volume contained in pure ethanol (alcohol) in wine. For example, if the pure ethanol content in 100 ml of a wine is 10 ml, the alcohol content of this wine is 10°, but the capacity increases or decreases with the temperature. Our country stipulates that the test is performed at a temperature of 20°C. That is, how many milliliters of pure ethanol are in 100 milliliters of wine at 20°C is the alcohol content of the wine.

The alcohol content of the wine does not represent the quality and flavor of the wine, but only the alcohol content of the wine. Especially for distilled spirits, the higher the alcohol content, the better. In fact, the higher the alcohol content, the heavier the stimulation to the human body. High alcohol content can have some effect as a drinking addiction, but drinking should be for people It is a kind of enjoyment in social life, so civilized drinking should be promoted.

 Beer

The degree of beer is "special", it is not distinguished by alcohol. Generally, the yellow beer with 11 degrees to 12 degrees on the market refers to the appearance of unfermented raw wort with a sugar content of 11 degrees to 12 degrees (the apparent sugar content is different from the real sugar content, because it contains disaccharides and monosaccharides, but also includes There are short-chain dextrin, trace pectin and soluble protein, so the value is larger). For non-alcoholic beer, it is best called slightly alcoholic beer, because it does not contain ethanol, but the content is very small, generally around 1°.

Many people mistake 12-degree beer for containing 12% alcohol content. In fact, the meaning of beer degree and liquor degree are two different things. The degree of liquor is its alcohol content.

The "degree" indicated on the beer trademark does not refer to the alcohol content of the beer, but the concentration of the wort after saccharification. For example, one kilogram of wort contains 120 grams of sugar, which is 12 degrees. According to the concentration of wort, beer is divided into low concentration (6-8 degrees), medium concentration (10-12 degrees) and high concentration (14-20 degrees). There is also a certain relationship between wort concentration and alcohol concentration. Generally, the alcohol of low-concentration beer is 2%, the medium-concentration is 3.1-3.5%, and the high-concentration beer is 4-5%.

 Liquor

Liquor is a traditional national liquor. In the past, the liquor content was generally 60°~65°. Some bottled liquors, such as Moutai, were around 54°. In Northeast China, the bulk liquor used to be 50°, and the Guangdong and Guangxi areas used to hold rice liquor at about 40°. How to divide the range of liquor alcohol content, there is currently no uniform regulation. It is customary to think that 50° or more (including 50°) is the alcohol content of traditional liquor; the liquor under 40° (including 40°) is low alcohol liquor; Liquor between 40.1°~49.9° is medium liquor.

 Wine

Wine (including fruit wine) is divided into four categories: dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet. In addition, there are sparkling wines and flavored wines, which can be divided into three types: red, white and rosé. Dry and semi-dry wines, the alcohol content is 10°~12°, semi-sweet and sweet wines have a alcohol content of 12°-15°, and the alcohol content of sweet wines can be higher to 18°
