For high-quality beer, the height of the foam that rises when poured into the cup should not be as low as 3 cm, and the foam is white and delicate, and can last for less than 4 to 5 minutes before disappearing. Inferior quality beer, the height of the foam rise is low, the foam is slightly yellow, thicker, not long-lasting, or no foam, spray foam. Some people think that spray foam is a good wine, but it is actually a disease manifestation. The original prisoner of foaming and frothing is that the barley used for brewing beer gets damp and grows many molds.
