This is a distillery/plant equipment, working capacity from 100liter to 10000liter for your choice.
Stainless steel SUS304 still pot or full copper material for your choice, or stainless steel inner tank and copper dish head for your economic choice.
The dephlegmator, condenser, parrot spout and gin basket option.
Distilling Column material: stainless steel SUS304, full red copper, glass for your choice. 4 column plate, 6 column plate, 8 column plate, 10 column plate for your option.
Full copper column tray, high quality, sanitary level.
The max alcohol concentration can reach 92%-95%.
Heating way: electric elements with oil/water jacket, also direct fire or steam heating is ok if you need.

4 plates or 16 plates distillation column
it consists of red copper column, bubble cap, down comers, bubble plate, red copper screw. we can tailor the height and plate number for your need, the max height of column can reach 2000mm.
Bubble caps and trays
All the bubble caps and screws are made of T2 grade red copper and the screw designed by our company without no dead corner.
We have 6 sizes bubble caps: DN26/DN38/DN45/DN52/DN65/DN76
Dephlegmator
A reflux condenser at the top of the column that sends vapor back to the still pot. And the material is red copper or SUS 304 with flange connection.
Condenser
A heat exchanger in which hot vapors are cooled down and condensed into liquid. Structural tube type exchanger with cooling water inlet and outlet.

Column support
All support are made of stainless steel, we can do different shape according to your need.
CIP pump and pipe fittings
All SUS 304 pipe fittings with ex-proof centrifugal pump( UL, CSA, CE certificate). We supply hand valve and automatic valve option.
Control Panel:Material of control box is stainless steel 304 or plastic option;
Suitable Voltage:208/220/240V single phase 60Hz,Which can adjust the heating temperature by module.
Parrot spout with high sanitary glass cover, top is copper lid, direct to open, bottom with valve.

The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
