Complete beer fermentation sets – they are complete sets with the beer fermentation tanks, the cooling system and the temperature control system, ready to easy quick installation and quick start up. They include all the technological equipment which is needed for a controlled fermentation and maturation of beer, wine or cider.

One or more fully equipped cylindrically-conical beer fermentation tanks – pressure vessels with cooling channels, armatures, manholes, sanitizing shower balls, sampling valves, relief valves and  carbonation stone, etc.

Complete system for measuring and for digital temperature control in all tanks. Every tank is shouldered with one or two temperature probes, solenoid-valves or motor-valves and with controller for precise adjustment of required temperature.

Compact liquid cooler with cooling capacity that is sufficient for number and volume tanks in the set. Water with glycol is used as the cooling liquid.

Types of the compact beer fermentation-maturation units

1)Fermentation Units *1CCT

The fermentation unit includes one cylindrical-conical tank with required volume and integrated cooler, which ensures the cooling of the wort or the cooling of the fermented beer/cider on the temperature required by customer.

2)Fermentation Units*2CCT

Each fermentation unit includes two cylindrical-conical tanks with required volume and integrated cooler, which ensures the cooling of the wort or of the cooling of the fermented beer/cider on the temperature required by customer.

3) Fermentation Units*3CCT

Each fermentation unit includes three cylindrical-conical tanks with required volume and integrated cooler, which ensures the cooling of the wort or of the cooling of the fermented beer/cider on the temperature required by customer.

The advantage is saving the unit cost for each CC tank with keeping the same total volume of all 3 tanks.
