Description
Distilled liquor is a variety of alcoholic beverages with higher ethanol concentration than the original fermented liquid. Sugar and starch are fermented by yeast to produce alcohol. The boiling point of alcohol (78.5°C) and the boiling point of water (100°C) is different, the original fermented liquid is heated to between the boiling points of the two, and then the alcohol and aroma substance can be steamed and collected. A special distillery is used to heat the liquor. Due to the different volatility of the various substances contained in them, the relative content of various substances in the steam and in the liquor is different during heating and distillation.
