Cylindrical-conical fermentation tanks

Our conical fermenters between 1 and 120 bbl are made at a family owned manufacturer in the Jinan region of China.  Our tanks are designed by our designer according to customers' require. Cleanability, ease of use, and durability are our primary design criteria.

Built from quality-checked 304 stainless steel, our tanks boast a hefty list of features. Here are some key features that are not always included on all tanks.  

• 100mm of internal insulation tank and jacket 1.5mm

• Separate cone and tank cooling jackets with individual Pt100 Thermocouples 

• DIN Rotating racking arm for safety and ease of use

• 4'' TC top hop port with handle

• Carbonation Stone included with all tanks

• Bottom valve for easier trub removal 

• CIP spinning spray ball and piping built-in 

• 25% head-space above stated volume

• Industry standard 2b finish

All Features:

• 304 stainless steel construction

• The outer shell is 2 mm thick with a brushed finish

• The inner wall is 3 mm thick with smooth ground welds, 2B finish and passivated

• Includes a glycol jacket which is dimple welded and 1.5 mm thick

• Oversized for 25% average headspace

• 2x Pt100 Thermocouple interfaces at top and bottom (3x Pt100 on 30 bbl & up)

1. How long is your delivery lead time?

A: After 30-45 working days when we receiving your payment.

3. What is your term of payment?

A: Our payment terms are both TT and L/C. 30% for advance payment after signing the contract and before manufacturing, 70% as balance payment after manufacturing all equipments and before delivery.

4. This is the first time I use this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?

A: There are English manual or guide video for showing how to use the machine;

Packaging Details: standard wooden package 

Package Type : As usual, we adopt wooden case as package type. It's suitable for long-distance transport. According to customers' special demand, we could adopt sheet iron case and so on.
