Dished head on the top, 100mm PU insulation, Raker arm with speed controller, Side mounted grain outdoor with grain chute, size can be customizable, Easy clean and detachable sparging spray ring, Leaser cutting false bottom, SUS or glass manhole, CIP cleaning device, Legs and other pipelines and valves

Fermenters of craft beer brewing equipment:

a. Function: Wort fermentation or maturation.

b. Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, spunding valve, Aseptic sample valve, Pressure gauge, Rotate racking arm, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve and etc.

c. Capacity: effective volume is 100L-10000L, 1BBL-50BBL

d. Cooling method: dimple plate cooling jacket.

e. Cooling media: glycol water

f. Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.

BBTs for craft brewery beer maturation and storage:

a. Function: After fermenting, beer will be stored in BBTs for carbonation and serving. 

b. Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, Mechnical relief valve, Aseptic sample valve, Pressure gauge, spunding valve, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve, carbonation stone and etc.

c. Capacity: effective volume is 100L-10000L, 1BBL-50BBL

d. Cooling method: dimple plate.

e. Cooling media: glycol water.

f. Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.

1. All tanks will be packaged with soft protection material and mounted on strong steel frame
