DEGONG has been operating a variety of beer equipment: small brewery equipment, teaching experimental beer equipment, craft beer equipment, commercial industrial beer equipment. We not only have good equipment, but also have first-class brewing technology. So how to brew Belgian wheat beer?
The appearance of Belgian wheat beer is yellowish white and tender, and the turbidity brought by the wheat makes people feel very special; the entrance is very easy, the mouth is sweet and the bitterness value of hops is extremely low. Belgian wheat beer is now one of the most common beer styles in the domestic craft beer circle. Many domestic craft breweries and beer houses produce their own Belgian wheat-style beer. The production cost of this beer is relatively low, and because the alcohol content is relatively low, the fermentation cycle is short, and most of the follow-ups do not have other post-fermentation processes, and it is very suitable for most domestic tastes, so this style of beer is very popular.
